When a demo of Detox hit the internet, it featured Ludacris rapping on a song titled “O.G. Theme” which included the lyrics “Ain’t no ni**a better than Doc Dre, I’m a 20-year veteran.” fueling rumors that the Atlanta based rapper was ghostwriting for none other than Dr. Dre himself, rumors that Ludacris was chosen to write for Detox is now to confirm: “It was for Dre. I wrote it for Dre,” adding “It was supposed to be for Detox, but I don’t know since it got leaked. I don’t know if it’s gonna get used.”
But the ghostwriting doesn’t stop there, as he revealed that it was not the only track he wrote for Detox, “I wrote a couple records and that was one of them.” Already leaked from Detox were other ghostwritten songs by numerous artists like “Young Knox – Tha Docter” and “T.I. ft Kobe – This is Detox (I Am Hip Hop)”
Also stomping rumors pertaining to his career, Ludacris decided to clear the air on his own upcoming solo album, set to drop next year, at an event in West Hollywood, saying “It must be the biggest rumor in the world because you’re like the fifth person who asked me about that,” Adding that “It’s just really frustrating when somebody puts a rumor out and everyone goes with it.” As for rumors circulating on what the new title would be, he kills the gossip quick “I never remotely said anything about something called ‘Cineplex.’ Dead that shit,” said Ludacris. “It’s ‘Ludaversal.’ That’s what comes after ‘Battle of the Sexes.’”
“Battle of the Sexes” is set to come out at the end of this year, and will be a corroboration between Ludacris, and DTP member Shawnna. While “Ludaversal” is scheduled to be released some time in 2010.

Shady slash Aftermath slash G-Unit artist, 50 Cent, recently talked about what it would take to get Eminem to do a collaboration album. Although there are no plans for a collaboration album, 50 Cent talked about how working together could turn into one.
“I’d love to,” 50 said about making an album with Em. “We haven’t [seriously] discussed making an album together, ’cause we would have to sit collectively and create each song…Unless we was doing something where half of it was his and half of it was mine. And conceptually, maybe if he came up with the first six songs and I built the last six songs and we just featured on each other’s records, you know what I mean? We’d do that in a heartbeat.”
